Return policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Returning the product

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@bamboovement.com with the description of why you would like to return the product. Of course, we double-check our products before sending them. However, in a rare case of a faulty product, please attach a picture when filing for a refund.

Once we have received the returned products you will receive your refund within 14 days. Shipping costs for returning the products are for the customer. In case of exchanging a product, we will cover the costs of sending the new product to you.
